My journey in ceramics started in April, 2021

Originally, it was an expressed interest to my partner. I didn’t know where to start looking but lucky for me, he did the research and surprised me with a class. The lessons happened once a week, for two hours, and the class only lasted a month. At the end of the lesson, I had 8 hours of pottery knowledge under my belt, which is nothing! I couldn’t even throw a mug with an even rim. I’m not the type to give up so easily on a hobby. So, naturally, what do I do? I went out and bought a pottery wheel. That was when my obsession for pottery skyrocketed. I devoted hours and hours into this hobby. I started off making mugs and designs that appealed to me. I received inquiries on the stuff that I was making which led me to start selling my mugs to friends. This hobby has helped me so much with my mental state of mind, spark my creativity, and has connected me with so many other creatives out there. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for my little small business.
